Used them for bathroom mirrors, shower doors and glass tops for furniture over past year and half and am happy with all work. We had a particularly large door for a shower and owner suggested helpful solution making it a folding glass door. A good experience overall.
Staff was extremely professional and polite, everything has been done exactly as agreed upon within the discussed time frame.
My contractor has contacted them many times to get an estimate. Finally they have scheduled to come by my house to measure shower room booth. Then they have broke schedule 3 times. I've called to talk to them, had a guy in Russian accent. I have complained of breaking schedule without any notice. The guy suddenly cursed me, it was so freak me out. I hung up the call. He called me back right away to abuse again. I should record it to call 911!

Terrible customer service! I own a contracting company and have tried to use this company for my clients. The owner is somewhat difficult to understand and is less than friendly. We've had the same scheduling issues as others who've rated. I would not recommend using this vendor.
I remodeled two bathrooms within the past year and they did both my shower enclosures. I shopped around and they gave me the best price and excellent service. The doors were ready when he said they would be, and the installation was flawless. The owner has a very heavy accent, and I believe that can be mis-construed for arrogance, but he is a very nice man. I would definitely recommend using this establishment.
